  Michael’s solos are prominently

  His numerous appearances

the Midwest include

  He has played music for

Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Indiana
Repertory Theatre, Geva Theatre, The

  Michael holds a  B.A. summa
cum laude, University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign, an
 A.M. from
the University of Chicago, and a 
Ph.D.
in Communications from the University
of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
